How normalization will work in SSC CGL 2020 Exam?

After a long wait SSC introduced normalization in the examination evolution. Normalization has an aim to give justice to all the aspirants across the country irrespective of the shift they are appearing in. In this process they apply a formula and other parameters to calculate normalized marks for various shifts of the exam.

What is Normalization?

It is a process of adjusting values which are measured on different parameters to bring it to a common or normal scale.  The performance of all the aspirants is based on the similar exam basis. The main aim to implement this system is to adjust the difficulty level at various shifts of an examination.

How it will work?

Notification of SSC CGL 2021 promises normalization process to be implemented this year. It specifies that the score of candidates in Tier 1 and Tier 2, if conducted in more than one shift then it will be normalized before reaching the final score of qualifying candidates.

It is indeed a welcome idea as it will help the candidates get their worth. Right now multiple shifts results vary as the difficulty level varies. It will stop this imbalance.
Normalization will make the competition healthy, transparent and equal for all. It will give due credit to the aspirants of their hard – work.

The ultimate benefit is that one can ensure fair and just evaluation system to get the job in government sector. The difficulty level will be maintained in all the shifts of the examination, which makes the road easy for the candidates to get through.

Although SSC has not given any formula or policy of evaluating such difference in the difficulty level yet it has given a sigh of relief to the candidates. All eyes are on the normalization formula to be announced by SSC for the forthcoming SSC CGL Exam 2021. Hope it matches the expectations of the aspirants who are keen on performing and getting the DREAM JOB as early as possible.
SSC COAHCING IN CHANDIGARH or elsewhere will also help the contestants to get the updates from the management as it goes in their interests too.
