Competition exams for government jobs are held every year, but in recent years there has been a rise in the number of contestants and difficulty level of almost all the exams. Higher secondary level exams generally has low difficulty level but high competition. 2.  Steps to Enchance Your Calculation Speed

Develop speed in calculating numbers with the required applications. Understand the basic calculating skills to make the long calculations easier and quicker. Never calculate in hurry because it might give you wrong answer. It is better to learn multiplication tables from 1 to 20 minimum. Learn the formulae and identities to speed up your calculations rather than doing it ethically. Learn the shortcut methods for calculations by understanding the basics first.  Practice extensively on each and every topic with complex calculations.

Go Through Previous Year Question Papers: This will help candidates to have an idea of the examination pattern. Aspirants should practice the papers during the revision time so that they can know the time limit and can practice weak areas.
