2.    Cover all the topics of the syllabus
The topics like History, Science, Geography, Indian polity and current affairs are asked more in number. Prepare them thoroughly and know the reasons of the events and topics you are learning to retain them for a longer duration. Read NCERT books to understand the topic and then revise them by taking question bank of any reputed publication.

3.    Practice Option elimination technique
In case you have prepared General Awareness Section thoroughly you can easily recognize useless options and eliminate them initially. It will make the work easy for you but you have to read all the options carefully before deciding to eliminate the options.

4.    Prepare Current Affairs
Develop the habit of reading newspaper daily to learn current affairs but if you have limited time then you can buy any current affairs magazine and learn from there. You can subscribe to GK based websites where GK Quizzes are released, follow them and update your knowledge.

5.    Practice Mock Tests and solved papers

General Awareness does not need any practice but it helps in learning the topics effectively. Go through the solved papers of the previous year as most of the time questions are repeated from there itself.
